Private Sessions

Individual or group sessions of any combination of Yoga, Movement Work, Meditation, Qoya, Intention Rituals and Sacred Lifestyle Coaching:

$125 initial session for 60 minutes

$105 additional session after initial meeting         

Price is based on one on one sessions. Group work $10 per person added to base fee.

Crystal Meditation Kit

This is a perfectly packaged starter kit for learning to work with crystals for meditation.  Each kit includes four different stones; one Rose Quartz, one Smokey Quartz, one Amethyst Quartz, one Clear Quartz (size of each stone is about 1.5" x 1.5", and color shades vary).  It also comes with an Instruction Card, Velveteen Carry Bag, and Description Cards including a Chakra & Mantra focus.
